Placing an Order
Placing Your First Order:
Placing an order with us is easy. However, you must create an account first. If you haven't already done this please click the 'Create an Account' button on the home page.
Finding Items:
First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. Quick find search boxes are located on nearly every page of our store, you can just enter a keyword for what you are looking for and press the search button next to the box.
When you find an item that interests you, click the title or image of the item you want to see. A product detail page will open and display more information about the item.
Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart:
If you want to order an item, click the "Add to Cart" button on the item's product detail page.
Once you've added an item to your Shopping Cart, use the carts "Continue shopping" button to keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you would like to order. You can view the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the 'Cart Contents' link in
the top right hand portion of the screen
Proceed to Checkout:
Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item right away, click the check box to the left of the item you wish to remove from your cart and then click on the 'Update' button to remove the item from your cart.
When you're ready to place an order for everything in your cart, click the "Checkout" button.
You will be taken to the first page of the order form. Here you will verify the shipping address
and select your shipping method.
When you are ready please press the continue button at the bottom of the page. You will then select your payment method.
Check the button to the right of the payment option you are choosing and fill in the fields with the information requested. Please note there is a picture of a sample check at the bottom of the electronic check payment field that will show you where to find the routing and account numbers needed for paying by this method. When you are ready press the continue button at the bottom of the screen to confirm your order
The order confirmation screen will appear, check that all information is correct. There is an edit option next to each item, if you find an error or you need to change any of the fields just press this edit button and you will be able to enter the corrected information. When you are ready press the confirm button at the bottom of the screen.
That's it, you've placed your first order and will soon be enjoying our products!
