Not happy with your purchase? That's ok! We want you to be happy. We offer free 30-day returns on all U.S. orders from chefspecialties.com. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with the original packaging. We issue refunds to the original payment method. We do not offer direct exchanges, so if you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the item for a full refund and place a new order for your replacement. Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of arrival, and an e-mail confirmation will be sent. To initiate your return, please contact us.
