All orders ship direct from our factory in Smethport, Pennsylvania
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order ships, we are not able to change or cancel it.
All orders are shipped USPS, UPS, or FedEx
Orders received by 1pm EST will ship same day. Orders received after 1pm EST or during weekends and holidays will ship the following business day. If your order is customized, please allow up to 3 business days for us to fulfill your order. We will send you your tracking number when your order ships.
We ship to most international destinations. Shipping cost is calculated by weight. International orders ship via USPS First Class International or Priority Mail Express International. Please be aware the buyer is responsible for any customs charges/import taxes (this charge varies from country to country and is not controlled by Chef Specialties).
